One Week.

One week and I'll be in Switzerland for my first ever ski experience. To say I'm excited is an understatement. I'm going there with Louise's family and this trip is all we've been talking about for the past year (sadly for our friends this is no exaggeration).

IT'S SO SOON.

So here is a little pinterest post to get me even more in the snowy mood.

I had my first ski lesson yesterday and it was so fun (other than having to wear the smelly helmets, but safety first yah). It's a lot more like ice skating than I thought it would be, so that's good. I kind of know how to slow down and control the direction, but maaaay need a bit more work on that haha.

How very fitting with the beginning of the winter olympics. (I love love love watching them!!)

  4. I attempted skiing once but it turned into snowboarding and than retreating into the cabins for hot chocolate. It sure is fun and very challenging. Hope you have a lot of fun and excited to see photos and hear about your experience :)

  5. Skiing looks such fun, not that crazy jump stuff they've been doing on the Olympics. That looks terrifying. Good luck to you and your skiing endeavors, even though you suck for posting snowy pictures- up in Scotland we have had zero snow where I live, just tonnes in the hills. Might need to drive out and find some!
